Learning path

An MCR set has three numbered suits, honor tiles and eight bonus flower tiles.

Four players take the East, South, West and North seats, shuffle the tiles, build the walls and draw their opening hands.

Play moves counter-clockwise. On your turn, draw a tile and discard one while shaping your hand.

The standard winning hand contains four groups and one pair, using 14 tiles in total.

MCR defines 81 scoring patterns, ranging from 1 to 88 points. Valid patterns are combined when a hand wins.
